Our training plan at FIBACT is tailored to the specific needs of each service line and level within the organization. For example, our tax team undergoes a comprehensive three-week training session in January to ensure they are up to date on the latest regulations and best practices. Additionally, all employees are required to complete a minimum number of training hours each year to enhance their skills and knowledge.

In addition to technical training, we also prioritize soft skills development, such as email writing and verbal communication.

Our team is comprised of individuals with a wealth of experience in the industry, including former learning team leaders at Big-4 firms and professionals with onshore experience.
